MBQ Design Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions before placing an order, as they will be adhered to with each purchase. Thank you kindly.

Ordering:

Review items and descriptions before placing an order to ensure you’re ordering exactly what you want.
When purchasing bracelets, knowing your wrist size is helpful. If necessary, measure your wrist with a cloth tape measure or a piece of string or ribbon and then measure it with a ruler.
The buyer shall verify their shipping address before finalizing their purchase, as MBQ Design is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for any/all re-shipping costs.

Shipping - Domestic Shipping ONLY

Once an order has been placed and paid for, the following will occur:

Payment is required before items ship.
Orders will be packaged & shipped through the USPS from Andover, Minnesota, within 1-4 business days. A packing list will accompany each package.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

MBQ Design is not responsible for any delivery delays caused by the USPS, weather events and delays, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, etc.
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier first. While I am happy to assist, MBQ Design is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

Local Pick-up

Local pickup is available at checkout for customers in the area. A message will be sent when the order is ready, a safe pick-up location and instructions will be provided. To ensure that you get your purchase in a timely manner, all local pick-ups will occur within 1-3 business days.

Returns & Exchanges

One-of-a-kind items will not be eligible to returns or refunds. Other items may be eligible for return providing the:

Return request must be made within 2 days of delivery.
Item must be unused and in original condition.
Buyer is responsible for safely packing the return in a manner that prevents damage - and - all return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged packaging and the item. Once the item is reviewed and verified, a replacement or refund will be issued.

CANCELLATIONS

Regular purchases may be canceled if the order has not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. How is this accomplished? Send an email to mbqdesignmn@gmail.com with your order number and reason for cancellation. This will help the owner understand the reasoning from a quality control standpoint, and to know if there’s something that needs to be enhanced. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, and as the Owner, I reserve the right to decline cancellations that fall outside these guidelines
